How does the Committee of Management work?
The Committee of Management is elected at the Annual General Meeting for the term on one year.
Committee members are derived from:
- Tenant groups and groups of tenants.
- A collective of three or more individual members from areas not represented by tenant groups who are present at the AGM can nominate 2 members from the collective. These members combined will have one vote only.
Members of the VPTA are able to address issues directly to the Committee of Management by making prior arrangement to attend a Committee of Management meeting. Please contact the office to arrange this.
